TRUMP CARD: CYBERCROOK COLLECTION
December 15, 2022 -Durt Fibo

First the reality of Trump’s deep plunge into his latest fantasy world: The Trump card collection which has just been released as NFTs -not even tangible trading cards- have lost nearly half their value on the secondary market in their first day of availability. The price for the most narcissistic and presumably coveted card, with a muscular Trump bodice-ripping himself, can be found on the Open Sea marketplace for a mere $71.89 -down from it’s original price of $120. The remaining 45,000 imaginary cards are undergoing a commensurate self-debasement as I write.

Second in importance is the question of who exactly it was who was able to capitalize on Trump’s desperation, and how: As ‘released’, the producers/marketeers guaranteed that “No Trump Digital Trading Card will have more than 20 copies in existence!” But the seller’s site, which is named collecttrumpcards.com, also states that the 45,000-card run is the “initial series,” and that some of the images will have only one in existence, while select others will be limited to such amounts as two, five, seven or 10 copies only. So far, so nonsensical.

And who is collectcards? They are evidently the marketing finger of a company named NFT INT, LLC, which is cautious enough to carry the disclaimer that it is “not owned, managed or controlled by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, CIC Digital LLC or any of their respective principals or affiliates. NFT INT LLC uses Donald J. Trump’s name, likeness and image under paid license from CIC Digital LLC, which license may be terminated or revoked according to its terms.”

But it easily could be directed by Trump. NFT INT, LLC is incorporated in Delaware, which means it need not disclose its officers and directors to the public or the state, as Trump well knows, having established many LLCs there, wherein he was the sole director, officer and shareholder (per his financial disclosure upon first running for president). Specifically, while collectcards info leads to a non-existent address in Utah, NFT INT, LLC had to provide Delaware with a location upon incorporating, and that is in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where the shell company registrar, Wyoming Corporate Services, who set up the Delaware LLC, can be found.

I am alongside a pair of other journalists in tracking the end address of NFT INT to 2710 Thomes Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming. This private home was the end of the road for numerous WCS clients, including Ira N. Rubin who was sued for fraud in 2006 by the Federal Trade Commission, and Pavlo Lazarenko, a former Ukrainian Prime Minister, who Transparency International once named the 8th most corrupt official in the world (Lazarenko was was sentenced to eight years in an American prison in 2004 for extortion, money-laundering and such japes as scrambling around shell companies and offshore bank accounts to hide stolen Ukrainian government funds).

To return to Delaware: Nine months back, it was there that a new company titled CIC Digital LLC was conceived, and it is that entity which birthed collectcards by licensing the Trump persona to NFT INT, LLC. The first-named -CIC Digital, LLC- has a registered agent and is otherwise unbreachable, meaning the sole owner, officer and shareholder could well be that statuesque man of experience, Donald Trump.
