SUBDUED GROUNDBREAKING FOR NEW WAGNER REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS

Today, withered Wager warlord Yevgeny Prigozhin officially registered a new company in the vassal nation of Belarus. We present here photographic evidence of the event, as obtained by the dissident Belarusian group Reform.by, which has managed to keep working for democracy in that country since 2016.

The filing shown is from the Belarusian Unified State Register of Laws and Personal Property Prosecutors, and bears today’s date. On July 19^th, the company was initially registered by the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee and the Belarusian Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, with a declared authorized capital of 200 Belarusian rubles [about $80]. Like the main umbrella operation in Russia, the legal owner is listed as Concord Management and Consulting LLC, and Pirosky-head himself is named as the manager. This new incarnation of the Concord Group has categorized the nature of its activity as “real estate management.”

The address of the company is given as the village of Tsel, Osipovichi district – some 55 miles southeast of Minsk – the same location where Belaruski Hajun [another independent Belarusian independent monitoring group] and satellite flyovers established that several hundred Wagner mercenaries have erected their homeless tent city. Exact numbers are still in flux, but the number of Wagnerites in Belarus appears to be well under 1,000 as of now.
