RUSSIA BLOWS UP GRAIN EXPORT DEAL
July 23, 2022 -Durt Fibo

Less than 24 hours after signing the Istanbul accord guaranteeing the safe exportation of grain from Ukraine, Russia hit Odesa -Ukraine’s main sea port– with 4 Kaliber missiles. 2 were shot down by air defenses, while two struck the port complex and set it on fire. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign affairs immediately demanded that the accord’s guarantors –Turkey and the UN– enact their obligations, and United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said he “unequivocally condemns” the strikes. Turkey relayed that Russia claimed it had nothing whatsoever to do with the attack; Perhaps it was an anti-Ukrainian sharknado. As usual, Russia again proves it is compulsively addicted to violating any and all agreements by terrible, destructive acts.
