DUTCH COURT FINDS 3 DONETSK SEPARATISTS GUILTY OF 2014 ATTACK ON PASSENGER PLANE

Reporting this morning, Oleksiy Honcharenko wrote: “!! ️The District Court in The Hague found guilty of killing passengers and crew of the MH17 plane and actions leading to the crash of the plane – Igor Strelkov-Girkin, Sergei Dubinsky and Leonid Kharchenko. Oleg Pulatov’s court of justice. According to the court, there is no evidence that Pulatov is personally involved in the crimes. Girkin, Dubinsky and Kharchenko are guilty of both charges – murder and actions that led to the plane crash. The Dutch Prosecutor’s Office demanded life imprisonment for all accused. Neither Girkin, nor Dubinsky, nor Kharchenko are in The Hague now. But this decision is an important precedent. The court admitted that the territory from which the rocket was launched on the plane – was under the control of militants, who in turn controlled by Russia. Also Russia supplied them with weapons. To clarify Honcharenko’s report, I should detail a bit more: They were found guilty of murdering 298 people (ie, every person on board the plane). Of the 4 men charged, all are Russian citizens, except for Leonid Kharchenko, who is Ukrainian, and was a commander of a combat unit in Donetsk under the command of Dubinskiy. The attack occurred in 2014, as the plane was flying over the Donetsk region, where all the men in this case were battling as a pro-Russian ‘separatist’ army. The instrument of death was a surface-to-air BUK missile system brought over the Russian border and into Ukraine. Dubinskiy is a former officer of the Russian military intelligence service (the GRU) and was then acting as chief of intelligence for the ‘separatist’ “Donetsk People’s Republic.” Girkin (nom de guerre: Igor Strelkov) was a military commander of the ‘separatist’ forces, and is rumored to be involved in the Ukraine war still.
